IT・ネットサービスやネットカルチャー、ネットジャーナリズム、著作権問題、コンテンツビジネス論などを専門分野に執筆活動を行う。ネットニュースメディア「ナタリー」の設立・運営にも携わる。主な著書に『Twitter社会論』（洋泉社）、『未来型サバイバル音楽論』（中央公論新社）など。

Born in 1973, Mr. Tsuda is a music journalist and a media activist hailing from Tokyo. He graduated from the Social Sciences Department of Waseda University, and currently is an adjunct instructor of the Journalism Course at the Waseda University Graduate School of Political Science. He holds the position of the representative of the board of directors for the Movements for the Internet Active Users. He is also the radio navigator/jockey on Tuesdays for the Tokyo-based FM radio, J-WAVE’s programming of JAM THE WORLD. He actively contributes his writings on issues in the field of IT, such as internet services, culture, and journalism, copyright issues, and theories on content businesses. He is also engaged in the establishment and management of an internet news media, Natalie. Some of his major work includes a social essay titled Twitter Shakairon (from Yosensha, Inc.), and a music essay on the future of music, Miraigata Survival Ongakuron (from Chuokoron-Shinsha, Inc.).
