プロフィール
1983年、シンガーのSATOMIとドラマーのATSUSHIを中心に沖縄で結成。87年、バンド名を『BREEZE』と改名。KOZAのライブハウス『CANNON』を拠点とし、国内外の多くのミュージシャンとのセッションや、ピースフルラブロックフェスティバルなどのさまざまなイベントに出演。91年活動休止。2002年よりバンド名を『JUPITER』に戻し新メンバーを迎えて活動再開。04年1月待望の1stアルバム『A CHILD'S MIND』発売。
JUPITER was formed in Okinawa with its core members SATOMI, the singer and ATSUSHI, the drummer. In 1987, the band changed its name to BREEZE. They based their activities at CANNON, a live house in Koza, and performed sessions with many musicians from home and abroad, and took part in events including the Peaceful Love Rock Festival. The band suspended its musical activities in 1991. In 2002, they resumed the band with new members and changed its name back to JUPITER. In January 2004, their much anticipated first album, A Child’s Mind, was released.
